If you find that your product is defective within the warranty period, please follow the steps below.

-Contact us to get RMA request form from UOTEK.

-Submit your RMA request form.

-Once get the confirmation from UOTEK, please ship it back to us.

-UOTEK when receive the defective devices, will repair it in a short time.

-UOTEK will test the devices to make sure the devices are in good condition, and then ship it back.
